Vegan Cookbooks
I have owned and borrowed about 30 vegan cookbooks over the years. I love flipping through the pages while I come up with my weekly meal plans (as opposed to using the internet).
As a new minimalist, I have kept only the cookbooks that bring value to my life. I now own 3 cookbooks, 2 of them vegan and one Whole30 which contains meat.
My absolute favourite cookbook EVER, is “The Oh She Glows Cookbook: Vegan Recipes To Glow From The Inside Out” by Angela Liddon. I have been using this cookbook for many years and I still love it. I even purchased this book 4 times to give as a gift! Trust me, the recipes are simple but delicious.

My next favourite cookbook might not surprise you, it is “Oh She Glows Everyday: Quick and Simply Satisfying Plant-Based Recipes” Angela Liddon’s second cookbook. This is similar to the first but I slightly prefer some of the original recipes from the first book.
